The properties of moldings made from DAIKIN PTFE are largely dependent on the characteristics of the powder. When the powder is soft and the particles small, compression is easy and dense moldings with few voids are possible, however, reduced flowability occurs.
Several relatively soft types are available for compression molding. These types have been specifically designed for high performance this films, general propose molding and for compounding with fillers. In addition, modified grades are available for applications requiring reduced fold flow, permeability or applications requiring improved post forming or flex life.
Features
Excellent creep-resistance, low friction coefficient, fine electrical characteristics, etc.
