Description
POLYFLON PTFE Tough-coat enamel retains the properties of former POLYFON PTFE Enamel. It displays excellent qualities of coating film such as hardness, adhesiveness, abrasion resistance, process ability, etc. in an improved one coat enamel.
An adequate film thickness can be obtained by the application of one coat, the adhesion is strong regardless of the nature of the article being coated, in addition, a high sintering temperature is not necessary.
The qualities which are considered to be the merits of fluorocarbon Polymers, such as their non-stick and low coefficient of friction properties, etc., remain virtually the same as former Enamels. Hardness, adhesion and abrasion resistance are significantly superior.
